What is the Thai corporate income tax rate?

The standard rate is 20% of net taxable profit, with a half-year return (PND.51) and an annual return (PND.50). Reduced rates apply to qualifying small and medium enterprises under the royal decrees in force, and BOI-promoted activities may enjoy exemptions or reductions under their promotion certificate. When is VAT registration required?
