Our Story
NYC Visa & Translation began in 2015 as a boutique consultancy on Sukhumvit Soi 23, founded by senior consultants who had spent over a decade inside embassy visa sections and the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs legalization division.
From the first day, we built around one principle — every case is individual. Templates kill approvals. So we developed an in-house process that pairs every applicant with a dedicated case manager who reviews the documents, writes the cover letter, and prepares them for interview personally.
Ten years later, we operate three Bangkok branches and serve clients across all 77 Thai provinces and 60+ destination countries — from Schengen tourists to USA EB-5 investors, Portugal D8 Digital Nomads, and Thai Long-Term Resident applicants.

Can I handle this myself?
Many steps can be done personally under the relevant authority's rules. What usually costs time is the wrong sequence, a translation format that does not match the requirement, or a source document version the recipient will not accept.
