NYC Visa & Translation began in 2015 as a boutique consultancy on Sukhumvit Soi 23, founded by senior consultants who had spent over a decade inside embassy visa sections and the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs legalization division.
From the first day, we built around one principle — every case is individual. Templates kill approvals. So we developed an in-house process that pairs every applicant with a dedicated case manager who reviews the documents, writes the cover letter, and prepares them for interview personally.
Ten years later, we operate three Bangkok branches and serve clients across all 77 Thai provinces and 60+ destination countries — from Schengen tourists to USA EB-5 investors, Portugal D8 Digital Nomads, and Thai Long-Term Resident applicants.
Started as a 3-person team in Bangkok specializing in Schengen visas.
Recognized by Royal Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs for legalization translations.
Second office serving Isan clients and nearby provinces.
Launched a 1-on-1 mock interview division for 214b refusal cases; outcomes remain at the sole discretion of the consulate.
Third office + dedicated Chinese / Japanese / Korean expat support.
Expanded to Digital Nomad, Golden Visa, Investor & Retirement programs worldwide.
Whether you're applying for a Schengen tourist visa, a US EB-5 investor program, or a Thailand LTR visa, our team will respond with a tailored quote within 24 hours.

One document set often moves through several stages — translation, notarial certification, legalization and finally a visa filing. The links below follow that real sequence.
