Những giấy tờ nào thường được hợp pháp hóa nhất?

Chủ yếu là giấy tờ hộ tịch Thái Lan: giấy khai sinh, khai tử, giấy đăng ký kết hôn và giấy xác nhận tình trạng hôn nhân, giấy ly hôn, sổ hộ khẩu (Tabien Baan), thẻ căn cước, giấy đổi tên và lý lịch tư pháp. Ngoài ra còn có trích lục doanh nghiệp và giấy ủy quyền. Tất cả đều phải dịch trước, cách viết tên phải trùng khớp với bản gốc.

Vì sao hồ sơ bị từ chối?

Lý do phổ biến: tên viết khác nhau giữa hộ chiếu, giấy tờ và bản dịch; bản dịch không đúng thể thức yêu cầu; thiếu một mắt xích trong chuỗi hợp pháp hóa; bản gốc ép nhựa hoặc hư hỏng; giấy tờ quá hạn theo quy định của cơ quan tiếp nhận. Chúng tôi rà soát các điểm này trước khi nộp.

Đăng ký khai sinh cho con tại Thái Lan với cơ quan trong nước thế nào?

Trước hết xin giấy khai sinh Thái tại văn phòng quận, sau đó dịch và hợp pháp hóa tại Cục Lãnh sự, rồi nộp cho đại sứ quán của bạn để ghi chú hộ tịch. Hãy bảo đảm cách viết tên trùng khớp giữa hộ chiếu, giấy khai sinh và bản dịch.

Có phiên dịch cho cơ quan nhà nước và tòa án không?

Có, cho Amphoe, Cục Xuất nhập cảnh, cảnh sát, công chứng và phiên tòa. Tại tòa, việc chấp nhận phiên dịch do tòa quyết định; chúng tôi cung cấp hồ sơ năng lực.

Thái Lan có công chứng viên không?

Không theo mô hình công chứng như Việt Nam. Việc chứng thực chữ ký và bản sao do luật sư đăng ký với Liên đoàn Luật sư Thái Lan (Notarial Services Attorney) thực hiện, thường kèm hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự khi dùng ở nước ngoài.

Hợp pháp hóa có thời hạn bao lâu?

Bản thân dấu hợp pháp hóa không ghi hạn. Thời hạn do cơ quan tiếp nhận đặt ra: nhiều UBND và cơ quan lãnh sự chỉ chấp nhận giấy tờ được cấp hoặc chứng nhận trong vài tháng gần nhất. Hãy xác nhận mốc này trước để việc dịch, Bộ Ngoại giao và đại sứ quán nằm gọn trong thời hạn.

Dùng giấy tờ Việt Nam tại Thái Lan thế nào?

Quy trình ngược lại: hợp pháp hóa tại Việt Nam, sau đó hợp pháp hóa tại Đại sứ quán Thái Lan ở Hà Nội hoặc Tổng lãnh sự quán, tiếp theo dịch sang tiếng Thái và chứng nhận tại Cục Lãnh sự ở Bangkok. Hoàn tất chuỗi này thì cơ quan Thái Lan mới tiếp nhận.

Kết hôn tại Thái Lan cần gì?

Thông thường cần giấy xác nhận tình trạng hôn nhân lập tại đại sứ quán nước bạn ở Bangkok, dịch sang tiếng Thái và chứng nhận tại Cục Lãnh sự; việc đăng ký kết hôn thực hiện tại văn phòng quận (Amphoe). Yêu cầu cụ thể do từng đại sứ quán quy định và có thể thay đổi — nên kiểm tra ngay trong tháng làm hồ sơ.
