A power of attorney executed abroad is usually signed before an officer at a Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate-General, or notarised and then certified onward, with copies of both parties' ID or passports attached. Birth certificates, marriage and divorce records, house registration extracts, certificates of single status, change-of-name certificates, death certificates and other district registrar records.
